And one of those personalities killed Victor back in the '70s, except he didn't die. He came back 20 years later trying to get a new heart, but then he really died. It's totally a V.C. Andrews novel.
Richard and Lorelai Gilmore (Gilmore Girls)
Lorelai got pregnant at 16 and left her wealthy 'rents to raise her daughter in tiny Stars Hollow. And while Lorelai's fights with her mom, Emily, can be epic, it's when she and Richard stop speaking to each other that things get really bad.
Jimmy and Marissa Cooper (The O.C.)

David says he's all about his kids, but when he discovered that Krystal SOLD their daughter at birth back in the day, he didn't get all controlling with Marissa like his other kids ... He basically just ignored her!
