Britney's 7th studio album, rumoured to be called "B-Girl" is going to have an In The Zone feel.
According to RadarOnline, Britney finally finished recording "Work Hard", the music she worked on recently.

"Peroxide Blonde" was received by Britney today composed by Ke$ha and will be recorded later this week.

Lily Allen recorded the songs "Knowledge" and "Cabaret" for Britney too, and will be recording in early January. "Termomether" may be the flagship of the album. With that said, Britney heard and loved "2gether", so that might affect the future of "Termomether".

It is unclear if the Lady GaGa will send "New York" for Britney

She will make a massive release in Europe, USA and South America, with Music Awards and Television Promo, but no World Tour.
